The Pandas...at the Zoo

Well, back at work. I'm sure you can msense the sheer excitement just radiating through the computer screen.

Not much has happened since my last post...wait, what the fuck am I saying, A LOT has happened in a span of two days:

I get home Monday morning to find out that once again, Mayland just shines as warm-hearted, safe state to live in. So, Will's Civic got broken into, and they took about 1400 $$$ of stuff. His stereo sytem, his subs, speakers, amp, and oh yea...his whole entire CD case. Which, by the way, had some of my CD's in. Like my Rob Zombie. The sad thing is, they even opened up his gas mask bag to find something to steal in there. That's not even the saddest part,, it's green...and it has US stamped in black on the front of it. Anybody can plainly see that it belongs to someone in the military. How shitty is that? They knew they were stealing from ppl in the military. Wow, it's good to know that all of us in the Armed Forces work hard, and ppl like the Marines and Army are out there on the front lines dying...to protect ppl in the US who steal from military members. I hate this state. But, he was able to get money for everything except the cd's. He got all new stuff, even better equipment now. He's going to get one of those real good alarm systems that when they go off...they set of the alarm in your key chain. Another bright side point, just the night before I took out the My Chemical Romance cd from his car to put back in mine...so they werem't able to steal that. I don't know what I would do if that had happened.

Speaking if the band...they are my favorite, right there with Pink Floyd and Tool...and there is going to be a kickball game before the Warped Tour show here, and they're in it. I really want to go and see them, and see the game. I would shit myself if I got to meet them.

We got our puppy on Monday. We named her Kali (CUH-LEE), it's Greek or Roman for, The dark one. She's adolable...and Lynuxx warmed up to her right away. They are like best buds, always playing. She still isn't liking the idea of her crate. I took her to the vet yesturday, and it turns out...she has butt worms. She accidentally pooped on our bedroom carpet this morning...and there was one huge long une in her terd.It was disgusting, it looked like a speghetti noodle. UGGGH, makes me want to gag just thinking about it. So, hopefully that medicine the doc gave her is kicking in and has killed the worms. poor baby...other than that and a little cold, she's in great health. A nice 14 pounds at almost 8 weeks.

We were on our way to Quizznos today to grab some lunch, and we had to swurve to dodge a beaver that was crossing the highway, unfourtantely...this old fart trucked right over him...I started to cry. And after that moment, I decided I couldn't become a Vet. I get too emotional and attached. There hasn't been one instant (and this true, no exaggeration) where I haven't cried watching Animal Planet, whether it was a good or bad outcome. I think the job would be too emotionally draining.

I registered at the University of Mayland. I need to take a placement test. Isigned up for general studies. I'm still completely clueless as to what I want to major in. I'm excited about starting school though. I just need to pass this dang CDC test first.

Found out that and old friend of ours from tech school just popped out a baby earlier in July. Crazy shit.

The National Zoo here has a new baby panda addition. Just born the other day. How cute? I'll need to check that out.
