Due to my current SuJu obsession phase, I shall write a series of drabbles featuring some of the characters and you. I'm going to pinpoint the easiest target for me right now: Kim Kibum.
Yeon Neul, by the way, is some random name I got from Korean name generator. XD I used my name, and that's what I got!
PWAHAHA! :DD:D:D:D:D:D:DD:D:D I'm not exactly a huge fan of him, but he's cute ;D
------- is you. XD
I do not own Super Junior. OR Sorry Sorry, which I have quoted from above. OR the three bears song from the Korean drama Full House.
Title: Boy Friend
Genre+Rating: Romance; G
Pairing: Kibum and Reader
Summary: Poke poke. Prod prod. "'Ey! Bummie!" Curse this little bookworm. He pisses me off with his silence.
Told from 1st Person POV (Your POV) <- Pay attention to these
Poke poke. Prod prod. "'Ey! Bummie!" Curse this little bookworm. He pisses me off with his silence. "Bummie! Don't make me rip this up to shreds!" I threatened with a shake of my fist in front of his face.
Kibum glanced up at me with that same emotionless expression again. "One" - he began to count from his fingers - "my name is not Bummie and therefore I do not respond to it. Neither will I respond to Kiki or Bum. Kiki is a girl's name and do you have any idea what a 'bum' is? Two: You wouldn't dare rip up my book. Three: You wouldn't be capable of ripping up my book. And four: There's ice cream on your nose." He continued to read his novel.
No wonder I had felt a cold sensation on the tip of my nose. I thought it was just me. I tried to lick it off, but how could I, when I couldn't even touch my nose with my tongue? Kibum stared at me in disgust before his expression subsided into amusement. "You want to lick it off?" He leaned in closer; I could catch a whiff of the minty gum he was chewing. I squeezed my eyes shut. He scooted backward with a smirk before dragging a napkin across my nose. "Too late."
"Aish! You! You!"
Raising an eyebrow, he queried in a slow, mocking tone, "Yes? I? I?"
"Babo-yah!" I cried, smacking him hard across the side of his head. He winced, and I took off. That'll teach him not to mess with me.
I headed towards the balcony that overlooked my backyard. Kibum was my childhood friend; he had been with me for 10 years, if not more. He never made friends other than myself and that group of 14 guys he always hangs out with. That was because he was always one of those quiet-type people and seemed unapproachable.
That's why when he gets up, acts silly around you, and tries to cheer you up, it's the best gift. His smile can really light up my day.
"Kom sema-ri-ga
Han chi-be-yi-so
Appa gom
Omma gom
Ae-Gi gom
Appa gommun tung-tung-hae
Omma gommun nal-shin-hae
Ae-Gi gommun na bul-gwi-yo-wo
Hishuk hishuk cha-rhan-da"
I turned toward the source of the sound. "Kibum-oppa?" I was seated out on the balcony, enjoying the fresh, crisp breeze. Or rather, allowing the breeze to dry my tears.
"------- dongsaeng? What's wrong?" There was a thick comic book in his hands as he kneeled down to face me. He had always been taller than me.
"Yeon Neul-unnie is moving!" I cried, wrapping my arms around him. I felt his body tense, then relax. He was never much of a hugger either. "And I'll never be able to see her again! She was my best friend!" I released him from my grip so he could breathe. He adjusted his glasses, flushed.
I gave him a few seconds to compose himself. "Best friend?" He sounded offended. "I thought I was your best friend."
"Well, of course. But she's my best girl friend. You're my best boy friend. Uh - I mean -" I tried to amend things, flustered. Before I could, however, he broke in.
"Best boyfriend? So you have other boyfriends? And wait - since when did I agree to become your 'boyfriend'?" There was a sparkle of mischief in his eyes.
"Not boyfriend. Boy. Friend. A friend that's a boy. Who'd want a boyfriend like you, sitting around all day, his nose stuck in a book?" I snapped, my cheeks heating up.
Kibum flashed me a knowing glance. "Right. Many girls would die if I was their boyfriend from first contact. You're lucky to be my girl friend." He enunciated those last two words. "Friend that's a girl," he added quickly.
A voice jolted me from my memory. "Thinking of girlfriends and boyfriends?" How the heck did he know? Kibum is scary that way. Reading so many books has made him telepathic. "Well? You wanted my attention, and you got my attention. What did you need?"
"Well... I was kind of thinking that you never pay me attention anymore. We're best friends, right? You hang out with the guys more than me!" I whined, casting a wide-eyed, distressed look at him.
One of those rare Kibum smiles was thrown my way. All those weird tingly feelings I had been receiving all these years resurfaced. "That's it? Okay fine, -------. I promise you, I'll be the best boyfriend ever."
Wait - boyfriend?
"And no," he continued, "not the friend that's a boy. The other one."
