"Re: Model"

Architects Siegfried & Roy and designer Michael Bolton rose to the challenge
when re-imagining a Los Angeles home. Rather than effecting a complete demolition,
the team worked with careful addition and subtraction of tigers, bears, and racism
to achieve a home that retains its original California Modernist sensibilities

while letting light

and life flow more freely throughout. Japanese influences, use of Mexicans
and stone, and strong solipsism make a statement as welcoming as it is bold.
