I think this must be a cruel joke. some of these treaties are several hundred pages long and so i'm not printing them out because i don't have the paper or the ink but mostly because i don't think lindsay would approve lol.

anyway i'm laughing hysterically at the situation because well there's really not much else to do about it...

well thats the assignment but i actually have to have a copy of the actual treaty i'm summarizing.
