The "Zsa Zsa Zsu"

One of my favorite episodes of "Sex and the City" was when Carrie talked about the "zsa zsa zsu," which is basically that feeling that makes everything worth it... the "butterflies". It can basically be summed up in the last quote of that episode: "Some people settle down, some people settle, and some people never settle for less than the butterflies."
So what do you do until you find the butterflies again? What if you never find the butterflies again?
