for those who are interested, and who remember that a few months back, i asked advice about which camera to buy, i am here with an update and some very nice and shiny pics!
so first to say, when i asked you guys, i was always talking about buying a used camera, because honestly i dont have that much money to spend, and even less to spend on such unnecessary things like a camera,
but even used, nikon and canon cameras are quite expensive, and as i discovered with a lot of research, their DSLs do not have a build in picture stabilizer, oh no, they put it in the fucking lenses, which not only makes their lenses quite expensive, but also forces you to buy high priced lenses...
well, i want a cam that had the picture stabilizer build in it, and i found one (actually i found three but then again with buying used its all about what is on offer)
so *drummroll*
say hi to my Sony Alpha300 DSLR!
she is good looking isn't she
also as sony bought the company minolta, and made their mount (a-mount) compatible with all minolta lenses, i am basically getting a really good deal. if you dont know minolta is a rather old camera factory, they did amazing stuff in their time.
and because i was lucky, i bought this cam coming with 2 lenses, an external flash, a backpack with easy access on the go, and a extra bag for when not everything is needed
let the picture frenzy begin:
the biggest of my lenses is actually an old minolta which i bought separately from someone else, still everything put together i paid 170€ for all my cam stuff, which is still so much cheaper (about 70 to 200€) than i would have been able to get a nikon or canon for, which makes me really happy
also rather decent professional flash - ain't i fancy (though the cam has a build in one as well)
and my cam can do something wicked with its display:
and here is the queen crashing my photo shoot of the cam - but you can see the build in flash
and after all this pictures about the cam here are some pictures actually TAKEN with the cam. i still have a lot to learn, because this thing has many fancy options that i not yet have a clue about but i am reading the instructions and having fun taking pictures:
here is the very first picture i took: that fox came by into my city complex as i live were near the woods: isn't he a pretty one (sadly i think they shoot him that night, not that i have any proof or anything but there was gun being fired in the woods close by)
and then of course some obligatory flower pics from my moms garden:
and here we have the queen - i took about 100s of pictures from her, but yes the one you see is the only one of her actually looking at me, all the other ones she just turned away... its like a game she plays, but sadly i am already to frustrated to continue with it
she just had to turn away...
well and that is that.
thank you again for everybody who offered their advice, you were helpful, especially with the decision if i should buy the extra lens or not, and i am now all excited for air show with tons of mighty and awesome jets! and this year my cam will actually be able to make some decent pictures - which i will of course share with you as well (ↀДↀ)✧
have a nice good start into the new week, and remember:
