weekend update with suznanne meyer
so the concert was wonderful, of course. i would expect nothing less from the good ole alk3. not too big of a fan of reggie and the full effect, and My Chemical romance was alright, but we didn't stay to see their whole set. i was tired and my feet hurt really bad, and we were mainly there to see alk3 anyways. I wish they would have been headlining and played a longer set, but oh well. While i was there though, i did see my friend brandon from the catering company that i sometimes worked for back in the day. Bubba wasn't there when i was there, so i was sad though. I did tell him that i'm coming back their in november for the tour with Fallout Boy and the others, so he better be there so he can get us in backstage. FOR REAL.
Um, friday was pretty good too. i worked of course, but then nick and i went and ate at Xochimilco for supper and then went to the mall to get him a shirt to wear for saturday. After that, we went to Uof I-Springfield to the auditorium there and saw the Friends of Bob and Tom. It was these four comedians and they were pretty damn funny. this drew hastings and jimmy pardo (sp?) guy were hilarious. I had a lot of fun.
On saturday, we worked and we have a lot of sick babies, so that sucks, cuz they will eventually all be on meds. blah blah blah...anyways, i skipped out like half hour early so i could take a shower and nick and i could head back to quincy. we got to the reception at like 7:30 and the free beer was flowing. I took full advantage :D. it was fun, did a little dancing and what not. When that was over, we went down to backwaters, but i was sooo tired and too drunk, that i just wanted to go home and go to sleep. so nick took care of me and brought me home and i slept till about 12:30. On sunday, we kinda made our rounds and talked to a lot of ppl. I went to my old bosses house that i worked for and broke his horses. We caught up and went and looked at the horses and what not. then after that, we went to nicks' dad's house and talked with him for a bit. Nick played the drums for me a little bit and it was HOT. Literally and figuratively. Anyways, after that, we went to my grandparents house and messed with her computer a bit and fixed the printer. Then we went back to nicks house and ate supper with his mom and stepdad. About 8, we had to leave to come back here.Got back here around ten and then went to bed since he has to get up at like 6:30. So now i'm here on lunch break, but i gotta go back soon, so later duuuuudes.
And what is up with nobody else updating at all. Seriously ppl, you know your lives aint' that busy. haha ;)
