YA MAN!
hmmm....well just got back from a very lovely cruise. Went to Jamica and Grand Cay. Saw Noel Cowards house and where he was burried..very exciting, and also the beaches where they filmed the majority of the James Bond movies. But thats definately a place i wouldn't want to live. Too much poverty for my taste. It's not the fact that i couldn't live like that, but i really feel bad for the families with 7 or 8 people living in a 1 room shack (...literally). I also climed Duns falls...a beautiful waterfall that goes up about 900 ft. LOL...i really wasn't dressed appropriately for it though. Jeans, a tee-shirt, and sneakers wasn't a good choice for climbing in water! But it was really fun. And all the rocks were limestone, so all the water had a really pretty green tint to it. Then the boat went to Grand Cay, there really wasn't too much to do there, except shopping. And everything there is soooo much cheaper, with no taxes. i got a really cool locket (#3..lol) and bought taty and amy some rum cakes...they're soooooo good!!!!! Back on the ship things were pretty normal for a cruise, although i think someone started a trend of proposing during Karokie hour. I saw 2 proposals, one the guy proposed and the other one was a lady proposing. It was sweet, i give mad props to the girl that had the balls to go up there and propose...I think the only thing i didn't like about the trip was that i really started to get sea sick. I never have before, but this time the rocking of the boat really effected me. Even now, i've been home for like 2 hours and i still feel like i am rocking back-and-forth! AHHH make it stop. but it's good to be home, even if it is only for like 2 days. I leave for tally on Sat, and can't wait to go back! But for now,in the immortal words of Porky the Pig "That's all Folks!!"
