BIg happenings
Good shit happens in my life.
Got a cell-phone. I'll post my current contact info in a friends-locked post soon.
Got a new job - I'm no longer working at the adult shop (thank god). Instead I'm working at Lutz Audio / Video, as the car-audio installer. Yes - I get to work on cars all day, installing cd decks, speakers, video screens, navigation consoles, siruis / xm satellite radios, amplifiers. The whole nine yards. It seriously kicks ass.
That said - it's not computer programming :( I suspect I'll be working here for awhile yet. For good or bad.
Got a Nintendo Wii (my roommate and I pitched in half each for it) - which totally rocks. Unfortunately no-one within a 70 mile radius of me, that actually carries the 'nunchuck' accessory (left hand peice of the controller setup) has actually had any in stock for over a week now! One of the games we really want to play in Co-op mode requires said nunchuck. Oh well - one will turn up eventually. I'm soo looking forward to playing the new Zelda.
My boss and his wife are really really cool people. They're giving me driving lessons so that I can actually drive the TV delivery truck or pick up customer's cars for work. FINALLY, after 6 years of off - and - on practice, someone who can actually TEACH me how to drive has come along.
Still living in half a garage - but a good low cost apartment just came on the market, so we may move soon-ish!
