So it goes
It looks like I will be finishing up my one last required course outside of Knox - which means, barring some major development in the next few days, that I will have to pack and ship my personal belongings home (2K miles or so - no license, no car - how else am I supposed to get it back home?) find a way to travel back, and otherwise sort out my life. I really don't want to leave Knox - but it's the far cheaper, better in the long run solution to my situation. I'm already missing everyone I know from this side of the continental divide...
