(no subject)
zoo has started. bein a teacher isn't that tough. i knew all the stuff from last year, now i just get to say more of it. i was teachin to the back of the line last year anyways. i've got a great bunch of kids this week. all of them well behaved and eager to learn... except for liam... he wanders and doesn't listen sometimes, but that's his loss. the rest of the kids are AWESOME!!! i've also got scholarship van this week, so i cruise down to hosmer elementary with hugh on the zoo bus and pick up some kids to bring them to camp. they're so cool ;) delano is a little dancer and jayla w. was so sweet and drew me a picture! :) it's cool workin with all the people at the zoo too. my aide is carla, and she's an awesome gal, such a great help. i really mean it when i say "what would we do without ms. carla" when she gets eaten by herman the worm. tony is a riot, especially when we're cruisin around on the cart shuttling stuff back and forth from the shed. claire is a little bundle of nerves as usual ;) but for the most part the people there are great. workin with megan is cool too... although a bit frustrating at times. as of this morning, i hadn't kissed her since friday... much too long in my book ;) that was the last time we hung out outside of work. do you have any idea how frustrating it is to see someone everyday but not be able to tell or show them how you feel?! and then with her class and other stuff, it's been hard to get together. tough, especially after getting used to seeing her almost everyday. well i still see her everyday, but not in a social setting, so it's not really like seeing her... right. but we did steal a quick peck in the shed ;) OOOOOHHH SCANDALOUS!!!! :0 and i do mean peck... just a quick kiss on the lips... so wish there could have been more to that :( oh well, i get to see her tomorrow. we're goin to lauren's dance recital with the fam. i'm so excited for the fireworks next week. i think we're gonna get a bunch of work people to go again. it should be tres fun ;) also just a random thing i noticed the other day. i felt really restless, and i was hoping to get to go see my megs, but she had stuff to do, and i didn't know when she would be done, she said she would call me when she got done... anyways, i was waiting for her call and i was getting kind of antsy, cuz i really wanted to see her, and it was getting late... then she called, but only to tell me she wasn't done with her stuff yet, and that she was gonna work on it right when she got home from work but she ended up crashing cuz she was sooo tired. we ended up just talkin for a while, and when i hung up, i found that just talking to her had made me feel much better, and i wasn't feeling restless anymore. it was a very cool thing to feel :) there's something about that girl ;)
