Well it seems his Almighty Grace the llama nobility requested that we switch rooms, and who am I to turn down such a request? So... er... does anybody know what room I am to be staying in? His Almighty Grace didn't deign to give me his name, so I cannot find him on the roster.

Though Prince Kuzco is given to exaggeration, I would assume there is at least some logical reasoning behind why his roommate is invariably connected with the phrase 'homicidal maniac' in his speech.

And there is a jail, though I am unsure what precisely warrants imprisonment. People are set on fire and mountains are blown up without penalty on a fairly regular basis.
