Today was .... interesting. I must remember to keep a better eye on Lady Sakura.
Perhaps playing such a game was not the best of plans, nor sharing with Sanji what I knew to be true of someone such as the man he is with. Especially in front of Gwendal. These were not smart moves on my part.
Perhaps one day I would tell him, but today is not that day. As dear as he is to me, I do not have such a level of affection to tell him of my past. And there yet remains the question of my dear friend’s eye. I do not ask, and he, as ever, does not tell. This is much our way with one another. But if such as it is, the matter has changed him, then I feel there must be a change in his affections. He is kinder then before and I wonder at this change. There are many questions that lie in wait for me, and some I do not wish to be broached. Things may become quite complicated from this point on.
