All things must come to an end, I guess. I'm heading back to Toronto today. It was only a three-week vacation and some people think that that's too short but I think it's a good length of stay. I would've maybe asked for another day or two but anything longer than that would be too long, I think.
Anyway, it was a fun-filled three-week vacation. It still seems surreal that I just spent three weeks here and saw my relatives and friends. Seeing my friends again may just be the highlight of my trip. I didn't realize how much I've missed them after almost 7 years. They're the best. It's really special to share so much of my past with these people. But I guess we're all moving forward so going back to my so-called real life isn't so bad.
So many things have changed but still some things stayed the same. And this comforted me because even though I've been away for quite a while, I will always have a connection to this place. In so many ways, this is home. :)
