Well I'm back! Captain, if you're still in need of a mechanic I'll be happy to get back to work as soon as possible, although...what's with these posters? Someone handed me one the moment I got into town. Did you lose someone?

Miss Penelo, as promised, I brought you back something special from this really interesting sweet shop I found. The chocolates are made from this special bean that only grows in Eralia, and only on the years when it's warm enough. I hope you don't mind trying something a little more exotic, but they're really good! I'd almost be willing to give up rice if I could have these instead.
By the way, that healing potion of yours was fantastic. It really came in handy. I'm glad you gave it to me.

It's something I hope we don't ever actually need to use but just in case I figured someone besides me should have it...and if I don't give it to you now I probably wouldn't be able to bring myself to do it later.

I was hoping you two might be able to help me out with something. When I was in Melior there was this really bizzare infestation of these little spider robots who could swarm and start building larger versions of themselves. As far as I know, no one's been able to figure out where they came from or why, but I thought you could have a look and tell me what you think.
I've got one for each of you. They're powered by mana crystals, though I took those out of them for the moment. I can show you how to put them back in, but we have to be careful. They seem to target metal that they can use to replicate themselves, and we really don't want them getting loose on the ship. Half of downtown Melior was destroyed when they got out of control.
