you kids have fun... within reason
as we are now about three fourths of our way through June, it's time for another assessment of our progress. the summer has brought a healthy amount of warmth, rain, and an overall aura of inconsistency, ultimately adding up to an unusual enthusiasm towards existence in general. perhaps it's the uncommon climate of these recent weeks that coaxes a wealth of serotonin from every capable synapse. or maybe it's simply the vast increase in activity; exercising mind as much as body and working to create a more fuel efficient, smoother running vehicle for the soul. or it could just be the caffiene.
so anyway, what have i been up to? well, i'm sleeping a lot more than i'd like, but i am getting more done day to day, so i think it kind of evens out. edge band cd is taking its baby steps, other musical ventures are following suit. plans are materializing and schedules are filling at a furious pace, however. pretty much it's all things that have been hovering as TO-DOs for a good while, and are now falling into place like a crossword puzzle. i believe i'm currently booked through most of july. so, that being the case, i suppose i might as well look even further ahead of myself for additional somethings to temporarily distract the [lack of] focus of my procrastination. look at me! i'm an adult!
