It still doesn't feel like summer. i'm waiting for that heavenly floating feeling to kick in, you know the one you get every summer when it really hits you for the first time that, yes, you DO get to sleep in every morning, stay up late at nights, and just have general merriment for the next 2 1/2 -ish months. But of course, that hasn't kicked in

You were sorely missed at bowling tonight. The absence of my best friend was very obviously present when I did the 'excited' dance and shannon burst out laughing. Plus, the cool back room was closed and our lane kept messing up. It was cursing us, saying 'sarah's not here! you all stink!' Plus, the pizza was split unevenly :(

Good news: After my hair appointment Saturday, I am babysitting with you. And then...WE'RE GOING BOWLING AGAIN! AND YOU BETTER COME THIS TIME! CAUSE WE'RE GONNA BUY TWO GAMES AND KICK BUTT!

Then, of course, we can have some kind of wild slumber party (without my neighbors) and waste a lazy sunday, which will end in a luao and a realization that...THERE'S NO SCHOOL MONDAY!

Oh, and on Tuesday, Casey's taking me to Chapel Hill for a daytrip.
That means 'Oh Sarah, won't you come on a daytrip with the Trela kids?'
