This past Sunday Melanie K, Melanie O, Holly and I threw Melinda a bridal shower. It was a lot of fun and everyone said they had a really good time so that made me happy =)

you all know me...I love throwing showers and parties...! =)

hehe...yup! i actually LOVE their cakes! They're soooo yummy!

I really wanted to get her a cake from my favorite bakery, but we were working on a really tight budget, and i don't think anyone (other than me) would want to spend a lot of money on a cake...

I think you all did a fantastic job with the budget that you had. It's all about the good company anyways, and maybe I'm impartial because it was my guest list, but the company was top notch!

Even Kandi emailed me and said that normally she's uncomfortable at bridal showers and she doesn't like to attend, but she said I have great friends because she was never once uncomfortable.

oh yay! i'm so glad...i hate when you go to someone's party and you feel out of place and people don't mingle, you know? But everyone was great and helpful and seemed to really enjoy themselves, so it made it a ton of fun!

Wow, a Kitchenaide mixer and a Dyson vaccuum. That's a pretty good haul. Looks like you guys had a lot of fun.

I'm feeling good! A bit tired, and sleeping is getting more and more difficult...but other than that, i can't complain! I can't wait to meet our little man...that and to get back into my old clothes again!! lol =)

haha!! I LOVE how you said she didn't want to be held by anyone else and then you had 2 pictures as proof! That had me laughing out loud!

I'm so glad you sent the pictures, I didn't get to take any!!

I have one camera phone picture of Melinda and her Mom & Sis with their fingers up their nose or something, and one of Kandi and the baby... I'll post those soon, I've been meaning to do that post for 2 days now!!

hehe...that was the funniest thing i've seen in a while! normally babies don't have separation anxiety that bad! especially since Krista is her aunt...it's not like she's unfamiliar, y'know?

i thought maybe you'd want a copy of at least the high school friends pic since you hadn't seen them in years!

it was a fun party! =)

Yeah it was really fun!! Thanks again for doing all of that, letting us use your clubhouse and stuff. Thanks to Greg too since he had to vacuum and all! haha

Kandi's baby was SO cute I wanted to take her home! She said Giovanni thinks the baby hates him too, how sad.
