You learn something new about Grant everyday!
Ten tips of advice I would have liked to know before today:
-Just because you are taking the bus 30min later than usual doesn't mean you can wake up 30min later.
-Reading a book with the vocab list is always helpful
-Never rely that you have enough time to get from band to your locker to math, you may be disappointed.
-Reading out loud in spanish is pointless, you will just embarass yourself.
-Don't start taking your instrument apart until you are POSSITIVE there will be no more playing.
-Do math problems with fractions in them S-L-O-W-L-Y because you suck at them when you speed.
-Don't forget your lunch! What isn't important to you in the morning may become important later in life.
-Don't discuss secretive things about a friend that you wouldn't want them to hear. They just might come up behind you to say hey and you would be talking. Thank god that the person that this involved was wearing headphones :)
-Don't flirt while shopping, just well...DON'T FLIRT.
-When someone is expecting you to be somewhere, stay there. DON'T GO LOOKING FOR THEM!
Now that you have seen my proverbs for the day, you can learn from them so that my mistakes today don't become your mistakes tomorrow. Whether or not you are a flirty, gossipy,clutzy, band geek with a brain that never shuts up I think that this may help. Some more than others.
