vacation !!
hola mis amigos!!
Vacation so far has been a good time! We got to San Diego on Monday, drove around a lil bit and went to Old Town San Diego for the evening. On Tuesday we went to Tiujana, Mexico and got hit on by tons of Mexican men...that was a bit creepy. I bought some cool stuff there. On Wednesday we went to Mission beach, but it was cloudy the whole time for we walked to boardwalk for like 2 hours...that sucked. Then in the evening we went to outlets to shop a bit. On Thursday we went to the San Diego Zoo which was really nice. After that we went to Coronado Island to the Navy Base and went on the beach. On Friday we drove to Julian, CA and went to an old gold mine which was neat and ate some really good pie. They are supposedly known for their apple pie, but i got an apple, rhubarb, blueberry, rasberry type pie. It was AWESOME! On Saturday we drove to LA and drove around on Hollywood blvd and Sunset blvd and stopped at Venice Beach and walked around and shopped. The people at venice beach are wacked. It was fun to see them tho. Sunday we went to church and then drove 6 hours to Mesa, AZ where we are staying with our cousins. This part of vacation has been pretty relaxing for the past efw days b/c we wake up around 11 or 12, swim in the pool and go shopping (toooooo much shopping has been done on this vacation). Tomorrow tho, we are waking up at 6 and going to Sedonah and staying over night and going to the Grand Canyon on Thursday. I'm excited to see that. The temperature here has been over 100 degrees every day. Its nuts! The breeze feels like someone os blowdrying you. But atleast there is no humidity like back home. Well....thats the update on my vacation.
I can't wait til school starts!
