Maybe someone can help enlighten me on this....
Is it a requirement of Subway that their employees be the stupidest people on the face of the earth?
There is a new chick in the Subway near my office who clearly has never made a sandwich before in her life. She takes the mayo or mustard or whatever condiment I choose that day and squirts a single line straight down the center of the sandwich. WTF? I worked in a deli for 3 years in college, so I know a thing or two about making a good sandwich: your dressing of choice must be spread evenly throughout the sandwich, so each bite has a bit of mayonnaisey or mustardy goodness.
No, this dipshit squirts a single line down the middle. So I typically say, "can you spread that out a bit?" And what does she do? She squirts an even thicker line straight down the middle of the sandwich. I don't think she speaks any English except "what kind of bread?" "you want it toasted?" and "you want the meal?"
Then, to add insult to injury, when i ask for "a little vinegar," she inevitably slathers my sandwich with OIL and vinegar. I complain, and she just looks at me blankly.
Can't I just get my cheap sandwich made properly? Is that so much to ask???
