I can't believe I actually felt it. I seem to be totally oblivious every time we get hit by one.

One of my best friends grew up in San Jose. Apparently, she and her family would sleep through the things, and the only indication they ever had that there'd been an earthquake was the picture frames on the floor the next morning. :-)
