How did you first hear about alice nine.?
I was taking a “What Jrock band would you be in?” quiz, and I got alice nine. I was curious, and looked them up on youtube.
What was the very first song you ever heard, and your impression of it?
“Yami Ni Chiru Sakura.” Back then I only liked heavy songs, so naturally I liked this one. I loved the screaming parts, even though Shou can't really scream and I thought that Shou’s projector thingy was amazing. XD
What was your first impression of the band?
I thought they were pretty cool. Right after I listened to “Yami Ni Chiru Sakura,” I watched “Rainbows” and wondered, “Is this the same band?” because the styles of the two songs varied so greatly.
What was your first impression of Shou?
I thought he was a gangsta because of those shutter shades he wore in Rainbows. XD
What was your first impression of Hiroto?
I thought he was cute and that he looked like a squirrel. XD
What was your first impression of Tora?
I thought he was scary looking. XD

I mixed him and Tora up and on top of that, I thought that Tora’s name was Sora. I was calling Tora “Saga” and Saga “Sora” XD

Let’s see, I discovered them right after Vandalize came out, so about a year and a half
Why do you like (it should say “love”) alice nine.?
There’s not a single alice nine song that I don’t like. I can listen to their songs over and over. Plus it amazes me that they sound better live than recorded. There are songs of theirs that I prefer listening to live. They all work together to write songs too. They write their songs themselves, which is amazing. And, they get along each other well. =3
Do any of your friends also like alice nine.?
Nope. They all think I’m weird because I listen to jrock. XD
What other bands do you like?
Nightmare, The GazettE, ViViD, Plastic Tree, SID, U2, The Donnas, Lady Gaga, Girugamesh, An Café, MUCC, Muse, Nelly Furtado, Linkin Park, and a bunch more.
Who’s your favorite member and why?
That’s hard. They all have their good points and bad points. Shou is an angel; he’s so kind. Hiroto is really passionate and down-to-earth. Tora is hilarious and mysterious. Saga is a perverted airhead. Nao is just Nao. There are no words to describe him. XD I like them all.
What’s your favorite song and why?
Mugen no Hana. The first time I heard that song, something stirred inside of me. I was like “Whoa.” I was so moved that I wrote a poem about it.
What’s your favorite single and why?
Rainbows. It’s a really powerful song that makes you want to move your body. The B-sides were cool, too. Especially Kouchouran.
What’s your favorite album and why?
It’s a tie between Zekkeishoku and Vandalize. The only reason why I didn’t like Alpha is because the transitions between songs were really weird. Like why place -Dice- after 9th Revolver? It ruined the flow…
Whose compositions do you like the most?
They all work so hard on the songs together so it’s kind of hard to point out one person, but I’d have to say Saga. His songs (Mugen no Hana, Armor Ring, Waterfall, jellyfish, the beautiful name) really get to you.
What’s your favorite thing about Shou?
He’s such a dork. XD In one interview, he got carried away and spent about an hour talking about what kind of colored lighting is sexy and erotic. He’s always off in Shouland. He has an amazing voice and can write amazing lyrics. <3
What’s your favorite thing about Hiroto? What’s your favorite thing about Tora?
Hiroto gets up at 4:30 a.m. to climb the mountains and he texts the members random things in the middle of the night. He also threw one of his guitars into the sea. XD Who does that? He's such a down-to-earth guy. Tora is hilarious and unpredictable. At first I thought that he was scary and mean. Now I know that he’s actually gentle and a pretty cool dude.

He gives off this rocker vibe. He’s a musical genius (all of them are) and he’s such an airhead.

Nao is just Nao. XD Most of the time he’s random and childish (in a loveable way), but when he acts serious, he is amazing.
