If any of you flew long haul with BA or Virgin between 11/08/04 and 23/03/06 then you may be eligible for a refund. It's really easy to submit your claim online at here ! I was just able to enter my frequent flyer number so didn't have to trawl through old emails for individual flight information and I have 4 flights that are eligible for refund. Woohoo
