We are house hunting! Ben and I along with Erin and Lin went with our new realtor to see two houses tonight. House #1 is in Anderson County, closer to Lawrenceburg than to Frankfort. It was well cared for by its owners of (almost) 32 years. House #2 is a foreclosure that is being flipped and was never lived in by the current owner. Cosmetic work

I like the second one best... I think the 2 best things about the first are the additional bedroom (i like extra rooms) and the 2nd bathroom (becaue even in a house with just a few people, that second bathroom is a godsend) The second house however has a much nicer looking kitchen (yes i would go for the second based souly on the kitchen).

The kitchen is the sole best part of the second house. The bathrooms are eh, the one tub is avacado green. You can tell in the living room where work was done on the ceiling. We heard a motor kick on which may have been a sump pump. I have a few more pictures of the first house that I took before the batteries died.

You already know I'm a bigger fan of the first house, though I think I like the back yard of the second house better.
