Mind over matter
today was so great. Started out great...got kinda hectic but then got wonderful. I had three classes today. My suitemate that lives next door is such a sweetheart. She is definitly a southern bell, cute accent and all. Well she has the cutest clothes and she has this one shirt that i LOVE and yesterday she came in and said " Hey heather you know that pink shirt that you like?, well you can have it because i dont like it, it doesnt fit me right" I was like "are you crazy??!!" so she gave it to me! That is like on of the cutest shirts ever, I love it. That was so nice of her.
Today I was contemplating on not working out but I forced myself to go down there and I am so glad that I did. I usually run three miles a day but today God just totally blessed me and I ran 5 miles! It felt so good. I loved it, I want to do it everyday. I hope i am not sore tomorrow. I was running with my friend erin and she is wonderful. I know God just totally put her there to bless me and we were both able to run so much longer because of each other's presence and company. It was wonderful. Running is totally psychological and if you can conquer the mind thing you can pretty much run for a long time.
