okay i have some weird news. i know no one cares about hillary duff but i was watching access hollywood last night and they showed a picture of hillary duff.....and what i saw was amazing. hillary duff chopped her hair off!!!! she now has hair that just reaches her chin!! and the best part....she dyed it dark brown!!! i know no one cares but it totally made my night for some reason. i will post a picture as soon as i find one.
