In spite of the fact that you seem to be ignoring your el-jay, I've decided to post.
I was thinking of you--I'm listening to "Rocky Raccoon." It's really a tragic song. Can you picture the Beatles singing this weird-assed song? Maybe they got stranded somewhere in the middle of Tennessee or somewhere the hell in Appalacia when they were on tour, and they stumbled into one of those country music saloon-type places (like that place in the Blues Brothers movie: "We have both kinds of music: country and western"), and "Rocky Raccoon" was playing, and they heard this great story of a sad, heart-broken boy, dying in a hotel room and comforted only with a copy of a Gideon's Bible, and they decided to use their tremendous influence and power for good to bring it to a larger audience.
