the knee was checked out today and given the ok. no surgery. thank you god for that.
i haven't talked to my biological mother in a long while. part of me wants to call and see how she is. the other part just wants her to contact me, for once, to show that she cares. too bad that never happens. whatever.

i like never knowing. somehow its more comforting. maybe i am buying into ignorance is bliss. maybe.
