XMFC fic beta?

Would anyone with some degree of knowledge about coffee/coffee making be willing to do a quick beta for a Charles/Erik XMFC coffee shop AU (~5000 words) to prevent any glaring errors? I've never been a coffee fan so my knowledge is pretty much limited to what I gleaned from starbucks.com...
