I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year!
Aside from constant stress of not having a job, the past few weeks have been quite spectacular. It was probably the best Christmas I've ever had. My parents are some of the most kind hearted, generous people I've ever met.
I wish Evan weren't off sailing the vast seas of Western Europe (or wherever the hell he goes on vacation) and was here... practicing with us. Moose, I want to book us a show at the house. Very soon. I actually think I'm going to email Brian about this afternoon. I'm going to try to get us a date in the next month or so. I think that as long as we learn 2 or 3 more songs we'll be solid. And hey, worst comes to worst, we steal some Crusoe songs-ha! Just kidding Zack. And Kyle, I want to set us up a show at Smith's house... we should possibly get Old Ironsides to play or something- just to get a lot of people.
Music is fun.
I brought in the New Year drinking beers and shooting the shit with Mark, Ellie, Kyle, and Kylie. It was one fantastic evening to say the least. I hope everyone's new year's was as fun as ours.
