Week 17: Submit
This week's theme, thanks to orchidicons, is Villains. Any Sailormoon character that has ever been bad (regardless if they have been "healed") is acceptable, within reasons.
Things to remember when submitting:
[.x] Anime, manga and live action are all acceptable. Fanart and doujinshi are not.
[.x] Your submission must be LJ-compatible: 100x100 pixels, 40kb or less. Gif, png or jpg format.
[.x] Your submission must be no older than 7 days.
[.x] Do not post your icon elsewhere until the contest is over.
[.x] You have until Friday at 11:59pm EST to submit.
