Sunday Monday
Okay, so I'm trying to get the hang of LJ and using pictures. I wasn't able to upload a couple of pics and may spend a small portion of today trying to figure that one out.
It was on okay weekend. D is a bit of a drag right now. He is in finals at school and has become very work obsessed. Then, my step daughter was here. She and I had a cute time at Roxbury Park yesterday, but having her around when D is grumpy is not too fun. It makes me grumpy! Ofcourse, I'm also PMSing, so I'm sure that isn't helping...
Next weekend I am going to Joshua Tree with a girlfriend for a "Meditation retreat." This should be interesting since the only meditation I've done is the two minute little intro at the beginning of a Yoga class! Meanwhile, it looks (according to the schedule) that we'll be sitting in silence most days. Wish me luck! If nothing else, it should be a great adventure with stories to tell! Plus, I've never been to Joshua Tree. I hear it's beautiful there...
