fires? have they prematurely combusted in anticipation of my arrival?

I have been to california a few times. I have an aunt that lives in santa barbara. last I remembered, there were a lot of hills and cows.

Usually around this time of year a lot of fires start because of dry grass, a controlled fire that got out of control or some idiot thinking it would be a good idea to have a smoke in a forest. Some are freak accidents though.

Are cows are pretty damn happy to be from CA. :P :)
