Sketches
I've been doing some sketches. After I post this I'm going to do some painting practice. Maybe I'll get something finished!
So here are two bigger sketch pages after I did smaller sketches in my little sketchbook.
They are more ideas from the "cloud society" which is such a ridiculous idea I have but it's fun to have an imaginary world to work on. I did some work on the Otters and the Penguins:
Hmm, the colours in this scan are way off.. oops.
These are based of Gentoo Penguins. They are like the keepers of order and rescuers of lost cloud people.
Oh my..
A pail otter (they carry pails of water around, I haven't decided why yet).
Inking with a brush pen looks like garbage unless I am super loose with it. I was not loose with the penguin and that inking is god awful. I went way looser with the otter and so he has lots of mistakes. So I guess I need to keep practicing on being loose but controlled. + some work on Ashta. (ignore the ugly ashta head covered by a silly otter)
Alsoooo I REALLY want to re-name my livejournal. Stupid weak canadian dollar makes it cost $18.50 garbage.
I need to like.. be able to take a commission or something.
Anyone have any ideas on that? Need to learn to make myself marketable.
