maggock badge
Okay, I was going to finish my badges of my characters before starting trades and offering free ones and trying to be professional about it. But I am waiting on new markers in the mail.. which should really help me with pale colours. Right now I don't have a good marker pallette to do pale colours, only vibrant ones. I started to draw Maggock's badge trade but then I got carried away and finished it with the markers I had. I was going to wait on a new purple but I pushed my "Slate Blue" (it's purple) to its limit instead.
I really tried to get her to look like a peregrine falcon, as a result her eye is kind of huge looking, but peregrines have huge eyes. I think it's kind of boring, I would have had a less close up view if I had my time back. I like the colouring though. I put lots of sparkles on it, because it seemed to suit the character.. besides, sparkles look awesome. That gel pen looking stuff is actually sparkly. Anyway enough yapping, hope everyone likes it (especially Maggock!)
