ahhh, spring break
yeah, so it's spring break. awesome. i have no homework to do. infinitely more awesome.
i got a rat! her name is Ms. Frisby (from the book the Rats of NIMH). she is so soft. she is blue-colored with a white belly. she grooms me, so i think we're pretty much best friends now.
i finished my first quilt yesterday! actually, it's not a true quilt because i only did the top patchwork part. i plan to use it as a wall hanging of sorts. but i am about to begin a new quilt, and this one will become an actual bed quilt with batting and everything. i am excited. i love piecing!
right now Sienna (my dog) is going crazy because she thinks someone is outside. we take her to the vet today. that will be fun.
i visited Ms. B yesterday. it was good to see her. the IB class is completing their CRBs, so everyone is stressed out and going crazy, just like we were last year. ah, i miss IB art.
i will start growing herbs in my window once i get back to college. it is the season for growing things, and for that i am glad.
