quarter pounders are the worst. they will put pounds on you.

a few random thoughts:
-staying at home is a good way to nap. it is not a good way to study.
-i need to kick caffeine (though it *is* good for killing my appetite...)
-not being able to fit into my jeans sucks big time. there's only so long i can go wearing dress pants. (in the words of the wise sage wesley willis, "i'm sorry that i got fat; i will slim down.")
-i need to make (and stick to) a daily routine so that i don't slack off.
-i'm traveling again next week. this time to see savannah. travelling always seems to screw up any routines i make.
-my presentation on agriculture security yesterday rocked my international security class. yeah!
-i believe that toastmasters is, in fact, improving my public speaking.
-i need to improve my ability to start and finish work without procrastinating.
-i've been driving with expired plates for a month.
-i need to be a more reliable person.
-i am always on a quest for self improvement.
-it's time for me to go to a spinning class at the gym. ttfn!
