On Risky Woohoo, you pretty much just look at the last pair of numbers. Total gives you the range to be rolled within. Random Rolled is what the computer rolls (a percentage).
For various reasons, there's also an Odds check, and another Random Rolled.
If your Random Roll is less than or equal to your Total/Odds, then you get a pregnancy. You can look back at your screen caps to note this. :) When the secondborn was conceived, the first check came out to-
Total: 75 Random Rolled: 28 (fairly good odds- their youth helps)
and then there was the Odds check
Odds: 30% Random Rolled: 18
You.. got lucky, basicly. XD Since your Random Roll can be anywhere up to 100, getting within that 30% could have been tough. :)
