Full day
Today was the first full day program of the school year (I think?). Miraculously I had enough staff to start the day. Later Justin joined, then Mariah. I had her pair up with Jeremiah mostly, but I’m not completely sure how best to coach him.

My write-up. What I should have done is coached him through doing the write-up and having the parent conversation. Damn.
Wasn’t feeling it today. Just found it hard to get my juices going.
Not to say it was a bad day, just not much of any kinda day.
Tomorrow I have a budget meeting. Then a meeting with Mariah to figure out a meeting with Justin next week.basically to move her knowledge of the JCC’s old teen programs into my head so that I can combine them with my ideas, so that I can then pass them onto Justin and let him formulate his own ideas. Then I have an interview. If it goes well I’ll be able to start offering up more spots in program for kids, so that I can have two staff per group.
