Second Glance

I didn't realize I hadn't posted a review kind of thing about it. Weird.

So, then. Second Glance by Jodi Picoult. It was really awesome. Ghosts, mystery, intrigue...all sorts of stuff.

And best of all, there was no "unnecessary" or "random" character.

They're all connected.

I love books that do that. They're so much fun to read.

Also, everything is resolved in the end. No unanswered questions, no hidden mysteries or whatnot. The reader is told all.

So, this book is the story of various people, and the effects events from many years ago. It includes commentary on love, on relationships, trust, family...pretty much everything. Oh, and it has ghosts. That makes it the best of all. Who doesn't like ghosts?

No worries, they're not evil ghosts. Good, American ghosts. The kind that need help. And are appeased. And stuff.

Over all, this book was one of those ones that just makes you happy in the end. It's not scary, creepy, or anything else, really. It's intriguing. It has some mystery. But, overall, very awesome.

Like I said, the end is full of happy. Leaves you feeling joyous and complete. Like all good books should.

So, yeah. It's a really awesome book. You should read it.
