Dumbledore was gay
The article has spoilers in it, if there's some of you who haven't read the book yet. So the short version is that during an interview at Carnegie Hall last night, someone asked J.K. Rowling, "Did Dumbledore, who believed in the prevailing power of love, ever fall in love himself?" Rowling answered that "My truthful answer to you... I always thought of Dumbledore as gay." And then she gets into stuff that happens in book 7, so I'll stop right after I mention that she got an ovation after the first sentence. =^)
