figure skating
I was really rooting for Jeremy Abbott in the men's figure skating. I don't know why cause I really don't care for men's figure skating. Anyway he was kinda the underdog and didn't go out with all the crazy costumes. He skates light and not so jerky like most of the men.
He didn't do to hot in the short program and was in 15th place. But today in the free skate he had a fall and still went from 15th to 9th place. Can you imagine how far he could have moved up without the fall? It just sucks. He really is a beautiful skater. Well, hopefully he will get over his nerves in the future.
I'm actually looking forward to the dance competition starting tomorrow. I'm not really into the speed skating or the skiing. I have watched some of the snowboarding and I keep meaning to watch the curling. Shaun White kicked but yesterday! I think I heard the American Idol is beating the Olympics in the rating though. Anyone else hear that? I just think that's horrible! Come on guys it's the Olympics!
