After staring for a second,

Snake activates the two C4's, and in the midst of the explosion, lifts the box, knock Samus over, then pointing his NIKITA at her, yells "Freeze!"

Snake presses himself to the ground to dodge the paralyzer shot, then tosses a gernade at Samus.
