(no subject)
I started a list today of things that I want to do at some point in my life, have you ever done that? It's kinda fun. I'm going to cross them off when I do them and keep adding more as they come to me. Some of them are way out there, like "Visit outer space", and others are completely doable today, like "bake a loaf of bread from scratch".
Boy Update:
I went to Scorekeepers (bar) two weeks ago and met a pretty cute boy, he asked for my number and I wondered if I'd hear from him again. He called and we met up at the bar with friends the next week. Turns out his friend is good friends with my friend, so we can all hang out. He's in Law School for either corporate law or environmental law...what a weird choice...
He has blond hair and beautiful blue eyes, they're like the ocean. He walked me home and we kissed under the light on my porch. It was nice. Then next weekend we all hung out again, and he ended up coming home with me, though I made sure that we didn't do anything serious (after what happened with Adam, and not to mention my complete freak out and avoidance of Jason earlier this year). He slept over and cuddled with me all night, it was really sweet.
The only thing is that I am extremely aprehensive. I think that this is the new trend for me when it comes to guys. I won't do anything serious with him until I know for sure what his intentions are. That is, is he into me or does he just want to steal a cookie from the jar? We'll see. I hope it's the former, because it would be nice to be going out with somebody right now. I'm concerned though, because the only times that we've hun out have been at night, meeting up at a bar with friends. That's not really a good sign. A good sign will be if he asks me out on a date. I really shouldn't even have been making out with him until we went out on a date but whatever.
Anyway, last time I saw him was Friday. Our Thanksgiving break starts next wednesday, if he wants to see me before I leave, that will also be a good sign. Until then, I'm going to try not to get too giggly about him, though he is pretty cute...
