I really should quit this job.
I hadn't had a problem with my supervisor for a while since I started avoiding him and declining creepy hugs. I figured he'd gotten the picutre, realized that I didn't feel comfortable and backed off. That's until today when he came in on his day off.
Apparently this guy has absolutely no life. He comes to work on his days off to hang out and helps out in the kitchen. Did I mention that you're not even supposed to be on the premises outside of your shift? So he wasn't supposed to be there anyway, I was spooning out sour cream for the potatoes and he comes behind me and KISSES ME on the BACK of my NECK.
I was so mad, I told him that it was not acceptable for him to do that or to even be touching me and he was like "it's just a sign of kindness and affection" in a tone that suggested that he was offended by what I had said. But I stood my ground and told him that it was innapropriate to do anything like that.
However, this did not satiate my anger. I wanted to scream and leave. I was so mad that I was starting to shake and get upset. I went to the office and reported every single thing that he has done to me since I got here, they wrote it all down and I'm meeting with the bosses on Monday to talk about it. Apparently he found out that I told and pulled me aside and said "I'm sorry, but why did you have to go tell the office? Now this thing is gonna drag on and on. You should have said something"
By this point I don't give a shit about it being akward anymore, I laid him out. Told him that he should know already that it is not appropriate for him to KISS his employees and that nobody should have to tell him that, and that he wasn't even supposed to be there anyway. He's lucky I didn't punch him in the eye. How dare he get mad at me for reporting his bad actions to his boss. He shoudln't have done it if he didn't want the trouble!
Anyway, I don't know what's next. I've looked into legal action but it seems that I would have to sue the business and not my individual boss, and in order to sue for "hostile environment" sexual harassement (which is what this would classify as), the office would have to handle my complaint in an innapropriate way. In my opinion, I think he should be fired. I've heard that he pinched some people's asses before but they didn't seem to mind and I've seen him ask other people for massages.
I'm hanging in the last two weeks because (1) He'd have to be out of his mind to touch me again and if he does I'll sue his ass off and have some money for tuition (2) I don't even know if he'll still be working there after I talk with the office on Monday (3)money money money
I'm not telling my parents.
