Bruce starts as the ground opens up. Typical. Tony would build such a place. He gets back into the car and drives it onto the pad, waiting for it to go back down before he gets out again.

Pulling his backpack of items out of the back, he surveys the place. "Not bad. You've done some renovations, I'm sure..." It didn't look all that old, most everything down there was new.
