Things are not well here. Capcom was no stranger to odd happenings, but in this generally low-crime city, there have been a number of attacks and even murders startlingly close to Smash's campus. I know it doesn't fall into my given objectives, but I'm sorry. I plan to get to the bottom of this. There was an incident a few weeks earlier...
Not everyone in this community can be trusted. If the attacks are happening this close to campus, the residents will be treated as suspects. I will remain on guard, and if I come upon the murderer, they will be brought to justice.
