[Caim is officially in the area. He's been given a room and an occupation. He doesn't even have to share with anyone. Isn't he a lucky guy? His room is barren. Of course it is. He came with nothing, except his sword, armour, and the clothes he wore. He's not wearing the armour, but he is wearing the same clothes, bloodstained and wonderful. Wearing

... Perhaps we should consider getting you some other things to wear.

"Hello, Riley."
[And then he looks down to his clothes.]
"There's nothing wrong with them."
[Apparently someone didn't do his laundry back in his homeland.]
Reply
[Riley thinks for a moment before seemingly struck by an idea.]
It seems we are of a similar stature and build, except you're somewhat taller. Perhaps I have something that could fit...
[As if on cue, Lucario is searching in Riley's closet in the background.]
What's your room number?
Reply
"......"
[He raises an eyebrow. Just one.]
"I am not wearing your clothes."
[Yes. He can see you, Lucario.]

[Riley was being very helpful. At least he thought he was. Nah, he probably was. Lucario was still rummaging around.]
There are beasts out for blood in the city and even on this campus. It would do you no favours to how shall we say this... informed them of your capabilities as a warrior.
Ah, Lucario.
[Lucario had found a black turtleneck and black trousers. And of course, they would fit Caim. He held them up to the camera.]
As I said, only a temporary solution. You're more than welcome to reject the offer but I assume it's your interests to survive at this place.

At least they look like things he'd wear, he supposes. He seems about ready to respond with his final decision and Riley's final comment catches his intention. His interest to survive. His capabilities as a warrior. He very nearly grits his teeth.]
"You have not even an inkling of what I have surprised. I doubt anything here is going to be worse than what I have come from."
[Cannibalistic babies - the Gods, actually, demons, the undead, harpies... The list just goes on and on and on. What a hellish place the homeland was - is - in comparison to where he's at now. He forces his anger aside. He'll do no well to pummel one of the few people who's been such a grand help.
After all, Riley can get into his thoughts and even hear him. Right now, that means quite a lot to Caim. In other words, Riley is useful.]
"TD-13"

[And that's all Riley was going to say to that. He nodded to Lucario and in understanding, the blue Pokemon rushed out of the room with the clothing. Riley places his legs up on the table next to him and waits in silence.
Soon enough Caim will probably hear a knock and the clothes will be left just outside his door. No trace of Lucario though, he would have been on his way back to his trainer then.]

Caim holds them up for Riley after retrieving them. That way he can verify that they've been received. He looks them over thoughtfully and looks back to Riley.]
"Is this really permissible?"
[The turtleneck is nice. Caim seems to like it.]
Reply
If it fits, then wear it.
["Otherwise you'll go around attracting the wrong kind of attention." was the other thought that Riley had in his head that was left unsaid.]

He takes the time he has to change into Riley's turtleneck and pants. And you know, Caim doesn't look half bad when he's all cleaned up.
He removes his shirt from the lens and takes his seat again.]
"Thank you."
Reply
You're very welcome. I'm glad they fit.
Reply
"Why did you do this?"
[In other words, he wanted to know why Riley was being so nice.]

[That, and while Riley was metaphorically feeling up Caim's aura during their first 'conversation', you seemed less of a threat then you appeared to be.]
Reply
Well, would be if it were a big rat race.
Caim nods slowly as he tries to piece it together.]
"I will procure new garments of my own. When I have, I will return yours to you."
[Just as soon as he finds a river to wash them in. And currency for the new ones.]
Reply
There is no immediate need.
You're one of the more interesting ones I've met here, it wouldn't do for you to be... 'offed' so quickly as it were.
Reply
"I doubt anyone here could 'off' me."
[He does know what that means.]
