[Speaking of people who need to let go of the past...]

I've learned that no matter how many times I read it over, everything you say is a bunch of bullshit.

I suppose you are able to support that claim by refuting my statements, yes?

Yeah. No matter how hard you try to use your technology to move forward, you're just going to continue to destroy this planet. Then what will you have achieved?

You are far from being at peace with nature.

And yet to destroy this planet, this universe, is only to make way for the next. For a perfect creation. For peace that resonates through out all.

What I will have achieved is perfection. And that is beyond nature or technology.

Although for the meantime, nature and technology must coexist. They do not contradict each other.

Except even that won't work. No matter what, humans are always going to be greedy. They'll always want to take control of everything, just like you want to, and end up destroying every other living thing in the process.

Greed comes from emotion. Envy, jealousy, the want to be superior to others...those things exist because of our ruinous hearts.

Elminate that and there is no more greed.

That is what I will achieve.

And do you claim that you've already eliminated greed from yourself?

Re: private will_be_god November 2 2011, 04:14:36 UTC
Absolutely.

Yet you will counter that with the accusation that only the greedy would wish to rule, and so I counter again with that I do not wish so for myself, but out of logic. I simply do not believe that any other is capable of doing so.

And what about those that are happy with how this planet is now? You will just be killing them, and for a cause that they do not even agree with.

You're greedy in the way that you do not care what others think. You may say that you are doing this for everyone else, but you can't seem to see that there is only a small group of people that thinks that they can do better than what they were already given and what they themselves have already driven to ruin. What prevents them from ruining Earth all over again? And don't say that they will learn from their mistakes. I have seen many points in the humans' history where the humans had made the same idiotic choice over and over again, despite negative outcomes from previously making a choice that was nearly identical.

I will be saving those who are too blinded by the world to know any better.

Quite the opposite. I am driven by what others think. What others think has ruined this world. What you speak of, what you claim to uphold, is the ignorance and failure of the generations before me. No, I will save them from their pasts.

You think you're making a great decision for everyone else. That is a perfect example of your greed, and another repeat of a stupid decision made by humans that think they know better than even the gods.

You place your kind above mine. How typical. Because you are powerful, you believe yourselves inherently superior, and have convinced yourselves that no mortal could ever become greater than you.

Or perhaps it's the fact that we created you and the universe in which you reside?

That does not make you inherently superior.

How foolish! To believe that simply creating something is cause for respect. No, there is no respect in that. You created a flawed world, or Arceus did, and thus you must be held accountable for it.
